Almost Finished Product: Speech Advocating Handgun Carry

In Indiana the age to carry with a LTCH is is 18, not 21.

I'm a 18 year old high school student and hold my LTCH and with any luck I will have a approved form 1 for a Short Barrel Rifle from the atf before I walk across the stage. Also by 21 I would like to get my FFL + Sot and a explosives permit.
