Great range, match, and stages today... was my first time at ACC and I will make the trip again for sure. Thanks to those that made the effort.

Wish I had shot better, had some issues with my 160gr 9mm reloads. On a side note, I was told to quit "sand baggn" on the classifiers, which for the record I had not done. If my math is right it was 100%, not exactly what I was hoping for! HA

Yep thats that special brass we all cherrish so much. Just dont let kch see ya pick it up he gets a little upset!! Kinda like you do when I stomp on that .45 brass[/QUOTE]

    CAUTION !

40 caliber brass marked with red dye is hazardous! This brass is programmed to explode after a preprogrammed number of firings! It is in the beta stage of testing, by two government agents, to expose underfunded terrorists that are not yet supported by Iran. Loading and firing this brass can cause serious death or severe headache.:dunno:

If you find any 40 cal brass painted with red dye it must be returned to SOG agents GH2 or his trusted companion, KCH. These two agents are the only people in the western world that have the top secret double dog deactivating code to render this extremely dangerous material inert.

Jared and I shot the classifier in the exact same time and hit factor. In Production it was 100% and in Single Stack it was 85.9% I say Master Card for him!!!

what is the deal with that classifier? Seems like it's VERY generous. I felt like I shot it pretty poorly, but Cmcalc is showing it as my best classifier to date, percentage wise.

Jared would be well over 70% now if they didn't keep only the most recent 8, since it now excludes a 76% and 56%.

When this 100% and the 73% he shot at South Central go in, he will be up to 67%.

One more good one should do it.

yeah, wasn't long ago he was happy to beat me, now it will be my goal to beat him!

I'm still happy to beat you! Shooting a classifier and putting a good stage plan together are two totally different things, you always manage to come up with crazy plan I am not smart enough to see. I always hope to follow you. HA

I'll be sure to keep that in mind! :D In all seriousness... I could prolly make master classifier wise, but no way am I ready to compete at that level.

It was great to be back at a match, not so great to have my gun crap out after one stage. Seems that 18000 rounds might be the limit on the striker spring/pin??? Once I get it apart I will know more.

Hopefully after complete cleaning and some new springs and pins and it will be good for another 4 years!

See you at the next one.

since you are tearing it apart, do you need a Powder River Trigger Kit? I opted to keep my XD a carry gun only. PM me if you are interested.
