9th Circuit blocks California's law limiting gun purchases to one per month

A 9th Circuit Court of Appeals panel has blocked enforcement of a California law limiting residents to one firearm purchase every 30 days.

The 9th Circuit first phase panel is schizophrenic on the 2A for sure! But unfortunately the en banc court usually rules in favor of Commiefornia!
