We have been getting some of the DB380's in at the shop lately and they have had a great reception so far.
I have actually taken one home myself to try out.
I am hoping to get out this coming weekend weather and time permitting.
Some images of the one I picked up for myself.
Is there any way you could get a picture of the DB380 next to a LCP or 642 for comparison? If not, maybe next to something common to judge size, maybe a dollar bill?
wow. thank you very much. rep addedHere you go, they have plenty of pictures of it next to the usual pocket suspects like the LCP, TCP, and P3at in the GunBlast reveiw.
Diamondback Firearms DB380 Semi-Auto .380 ACP Pocket Pistol
how much are them db380s i am looking for a 380 to buy for my dad
I got a Taurus TCP last week, and finally had a chance to shoot it yesterday.
What a nice shooting gun, I put 62 rounds through it without a hint of discomfort from recoil, and I could have put another 62 through if I would have had them.
I shot hollow points, and FMJ the only problem I had was a FTE with a FMJ round, at that point the gun was getting pretty dirty. I usually shoot 9mm from a local reloader, and it always shoots very clean, but the two boxes of .380 I bought from him shot extremely dirty he must use a different powder for .380's.
Anyways so far I'm very impressed with the gun, I'm a terrible handgun shooter, but once I figured the trigger out I was able to put all six shots on an 8"x12" piece of card board at ten yards rapid fire.
Now all I need to do is find a good pocket holster there aren't any TCP holsters out yet, I guess I'll have to take a chance on an LCP holster, and hope it fits.
Very impressive for a stolen design!Hey, I just recieved my AMERICAN RIFLEMAN magazine, in the mail, on pg. 47, they test 9 new .380 acp, small pistols..... very interesting reading...the RUGER LCP is the 3rd cheapest, and shot the 2nd tightest group, 4.9" @ 25 yds. Pretty impressive !!!!!
