    The only "advantage" Valkyrie has over a 22-250 in a bolt gun is related to barrel twist and bullet weight, as most factory 22-250s are twisted 1:12 for varmint-type bullets while Valkyrie generally comes in 1:7 or even 1:6.5 twists ideal for heavy, high BC bullets.

    Use the 90gr SMK in a 1:7 barrel on a 22-250 bolt gun and any 'advantage' the Valkyrie has on paper will disappear.

    From what I've researched, yes. Much less drop at 1000 and much less wind drift at a 1000.
