With 2013 fast approaching, I have started to set my fitness goals for the year. This year I finally weighted in at under 200 pounds for the first time in close to a decade, completed by first sub 30 minute 5K, and my first half marathon. Here are my goals for 2013 (hopefully I'll be adding more).

- Complete 20 pull-ups in a row
- Increase HDL and decrease blood pressure
- Decrease or eliminate my need/want for caffeine
