Ugh...I hate lists like this...there is a reason why I don't have a mirror anywhere near my scale!
Get back into the gym. Had a schedule change this summer that has made that nearly impossible. Not upset about my current weigh but really need to tone.
2xBW squat
2.5xBW deadlift
Complete the Tactical Strength Challenge
Make CMS rank in IKFF competition in the 100kg class
Complete Spartan Race, Warrior Dash, and Run For Your Lives
-Ride my bicycle more miles than I drive my vehicles in the calendar year
-Complete the RAIN Ride in under 8 hours
-Complete a 40k Time Trial under 60 minutes on a Fixed Gear
-Medal in at least 1 of my 4 events at the World Police and Fire Games in Ireland
My biggest goal is to stay away form smoking. Had quit cold turkey and was off the wagon for 5 years then I slipped up for a short time. That's been a year or so now, but I don't want to go back to it.
I want to run in a tough mudder. To do this I'm going to have to drop weight and get into much better cardio shape.
I'd love to get back into martial arts, but I don't know how I'll be able to do that with the kids at their current ages.
I go back to work on Jan 2. I plan to start back into my workout routine and healthy eat plan. I work out min 3 times per week, and try to eat heathier. I dont count calories much, just try not to eat lots of fat, fried stuff, fast food, etc.
Im at 250 -> 255 right now, down from 320 - 330 about 3 years ago. My next goal is 225 and it will probably take me all year to get there.
