With my stock 10" Ruger MKII, 100 yard shots are really not that hard.
Therein lies my problem also. 3 or 4 in the same hole at 7 yards or even 10 yards is not that difficult but I don't see the sights or the target that well at longer distances. An optic makes a huge difference where the sights are concerned but nothing sharpens the target up.I dont think I can see good enough to even see 10 inch plate at 100 yards.
I think the flat shooting 10mm helps
How big is the targets at 200 metersI'm no Hickock45....but I can still hit 150-200 meter shots with my longer barreled (5") revolvers!
I built a Glock 34 and am using a KKM Precision 6" barrel...and it'll shoot 100 meters all day long.
At lot is one's skill set, developed over time, and their personal preference or what is their forte`...

We've got kind of an impromptu range in a long narrow clearing down along the river out at dad's farm and we have an 18" steel plate that we can hang from a tree limb! How big is the targets at 200 meters
