Bought the Rossi RS22 in September after watching the Gunblast video [Jeff Quinn]
$137.50 OTD total and has performed exactly as seen in vid. Zero malfunctions.
Spruced it up with some things laying around (bi-pod, laser, variable scope.....)
It will also take the 25rd mag for the Mossberg 702...
Contender vs Encore
Either frame is great, depends on how large of caliber you wish to fire.
I prefer the Contender, mostly because I have had (one+) since the 1970's
and have acquired so many barrels/accessories for them, before the Encore came to light.
Encore may have a slight edge over...
One of my top favorites, the M77, and the mauser-style bolt.
Designed by Jim Sullivan, during his short time at Ruger.
The beautiful wood/blued M77 in 7mm RemMag was my preferred elk rifle for years,
topped with Leupold glass.
My 'most fun' companion is a SS/synth M77/357, that is constantly...
A good friend of mine works for KBR (overseas) as a supply train sniper, to guard the shipments.
Although he has custom work done [by himself and gunsmith], his base rifle of choice is a Remington

Enjoy that XD...

Yep, some churches are also becoming political venues.
I am sure there will be several new "translation" bibles coming out (did I just say that?)
in the near future. Maybe a "Millennial " version, an LGBTQRXZ version, most likely also
one each for dog lovers, cat...
Thank you TTP [Tyler]
I never meant to fill up the 'server'
And I 'claim' old fart syndrome if it bothered anyone.
God bless, don't regress, possess, and success.
Life will end up as dirt, let's hope our time here will make good compost, eh ?
I am new on INGO, but I am not 'new'. I still have my G1 1911 from 1963.
You [OP] asked about 'best compact handgun' , not pistols specifically, although you only mentioned pistols,
so my input may not be of any value. I have owned/carried/etc. many semi-autos, and still do,
but truthfully, I am...
