Anyone have an opinion of Warsaw rifle and pistol club? I have started working in Warsaw and have tossed around the idea of trying the place out and maybe joining.
Mine came with two pistol sleeves, plus the removal three compartment bag that has built in mag pockets. In addition one of the outside pockets has six built in mag pockets. One of the best bags I have ever owned, very well could be the last one. Can't beat it for 40.00.
No one has yet mentioned the XD .40 Subcompact. You can get this gun for a good price, comes with the Springfield Armory name, and accessories out of the box. Small size and numerous options.....
I believe respect and safety should be taught as early as possible....this depends on the child though. The child needs to be able to understand the firearm is not a toy and that it will kill. If he/she does not grasp this, it is too early, as a parent I have a responsibly teach respect and...
If you are in the Glenbrook area...Granite City is very good and decently priced, it is on the Clinton/Coldwater side of Glenbrook Mall. If you are Southwest, check out Flanagan's, another really good restaurant. It is just off of Jefferson Blvd on Covington Rd.
Give you an idea....I recently purchased a new dillon 550 with bullet tray, empty case tray, and strong mounts for 600.00. With everything else thrown in and if condition is near excellent, I would guess it is a fair price.
I had one, about ten years ago. Had it for a couple of years and traded it for a SIG 239. Loved the gun while I owned it, never had any issues and it shot fairly accurate.
I store and reload in my garage. My press is a 550 with strong mounts held to my bench by quick release type toggles, so I can move it if I need my whole bench. I have stored primers and powder out there with no issues. Just keep everything sealed up when not in use and your press covered.
I just bought a dillon 550 with dies and the rest of the stuff I need to reload because I was tired of driving 40 minutes to use someone else equipment, and I spent well over 700.00 on everything, you hit the jackpot with what your uncle gave you. Congrats.
I was in H&H recently looking at XD's. Service was ok, but I did see them give a minority person the rough treatment at the counter. Not sure what it was about, but they would not deal with him. I prefer Tomlinson's in 'Busco and 21st.
