      I have 2 sig 229's in the 40 cal. I really llike them both. I paid 700 for the first one. It was unfired. The 2nd one I picked up for 450, it was 6 months old and in excellent shape. Here in Indiana the sigs don't seem to resale very good. You go over into Ohio and they sell very high. I...

      Kimber?

      All of the kimbers that I have been around are consistantly having smooth actions. I believe you would have to send a colt to a custom shop to be as good as a Kimber is right out of the factory.

      Why should you have a handgun?

      The first thing the government must do to have a complete dictatorship is disarm their citizens. This is the only motive for gun control. The ones that don't believe this are very narrow minded.

      Never thought I'd be 'proud' of a Glock!!

      I never thought that I would own a glock. I now own 2. A model 23 and a model 27. They are good for what they are for. They are not the most accurate pistols, but they are dependable shooters.

      I have 2 sig 229's in the .40 and 1 225 in 9mm. I really like the sigs better than any other semi auto that I have ever shot.
