I was thinking the same thing. I figured id start lower than that and work up a little. Ive seen data for 147 lead nose starting at 3.5. So 4.9 for 124 plated seems weird.
I did buy the imr sr4756. I have berrys 124grain plated bullets. The data ive found list 125 fmj. So is there much difference between a 124 and 125 grain bullet and fmj and plated?
Ok guys im finally getting powder. Im getting imr sr4756 tomorrow. Its the only thing i can get in town and its an 8lb jug. Im just wanting your opinion on it from experiences. Im loading 9mm. Thanks.
Ok guys i need your help. My dad is going to be in indy. I keep hearing places there have powder for pistols. Since i have no idea which ones or where they are located, i was wanting that information . Please and thank you.
Hey guys like ive mentioned before im new to reloading. Im wondering if anyone has used Winchester aa lite or imr4350 for a 9mm load. The aa lite is a shotgun powder but ive seen posts on the internet of people using it in a .45acp load so why not 9mm? Ive seen posts also about using imr for...
So i bought a 250 count box of berrys 9mm 124 grain plated bullets for 26. So i saved a few dollar off the berrys price plus no shipping either so im taking that as a win. I also got cases for 5 dollars for 100 count. all the pistol powder was for magnum rounds.
Hey guys im going to my firat gunshow tomorrow. Im just wondering what to expect. Will prices be good or bad or somewhere in ibetwee? Im going there to look for powder, bullets, primers, and cases.
Its supposed to be once fired brass. All im going to do is use it for is plinking ammo. If thats about standard where do you buy your brass? Thats way cheaper than the brass ive been looking at and its once fired also.
Has anyone bought brass from amazon? I got curious and searched and found it. Theres 1000 9mm cases for $38. Thats pretty cheap so im second guessing the quality? I read the reviews and they are pretty good. Just sering if anyone on here has bought any?
Hey guys i posted the other day about reloading. I can not find powder anywhere except one place that has very few options and everywhere i check online is sold out! We have a gun show coming next weekend put on by central indiana gunshow. I imagine they will have some i hope at decent prices.
Thanks for the information. Im trying to buy powder and primers local to avoid hazard fees and dont have a group of guys i shoot with to go in on it. The places ive checked around here dont really have anything. I found one shop that had primers.
Hey guys im new to the forum and im getting into reloading. I know this has probably been posted a 100 times but where do you guys buy your supplies like powder, primers, cases, and bullets? Ive done some searching online but i know theres places i havent heard of? Im going to start at 9mm first...
