Forums are great to share knowledge and opinions. Some may go overboard and some may go OVERBOARD. If a person is easily offended or frightened, that might be their personality and not the forum. I used to belong to a lot (not all gun related) and bailed on a few due to either lack of interest...
I never worried what caliber I carry since they all do the same thing. I use a .38 now and it is very comfortable. Besides, depending on your surroundings, anything and everything is a weapon. I try not to brandish a firearm unless I'm really outnumbered or intend to face and accept all...
I wanted another rifle. She said no. I bought her an SUV. Told her I wanted the rifle. She said no. I gave her my new computer. She still said no. She went to NC to see her daughter and asked me to take care of the cats and kitty litter. I said no. She said I can buy the rifle. Unfortunately...
With all the uptick in vehicle break-ins, I would rather just carry it and/or bring it in the house. If someone see's something that looks like a safe/lock box, I'm sure they'd come back with better tools...maybe. If someone can take off tires in the middle of the night, I think they can take...
I think it's based on a person's size and obviously clothing (ie swimming attire no matter what). I've tried all combos and finally settled into a Uncle Mike's pocket holster with a .38 S&W. I wear jeans or 511 tacticals and it's always comfortable. Tried IWB and OWB and had it on the side or...
Take a look at this link. They mention a lot of O/U and Semi types. I used a pump Mossberg 500 but I was terrible and gave up.

I wanted another AK-47 few years back but the underfolder one. However, with all the ARs I had, I decided to build and have the best of both worlds. I have an AR-47 and it shoots great and uses 7.62x39s. Still...I would like to have another one since I sold the Norinco and Maadi (with those...
I did a search in guns.com and found other vendors. Prices are all over the place. Can't believe they go that high. ATI and Radical were on the lower end. Sig and DD and LWRCI were selling but pretty high price.
Is the big loop that comfortable or easy to use? I've never used one with it. I'm used to the small/"standard" size loop. I would think the big loop would get in the way. It looks like it would be harder to cycle it.

LOL! It was free and my first gun! After that I got a Ruger P89DC. Bought others when I got the "bug" until I got the original Glock 17. I think I paid $325 for it or was it $295, I can't remember.
