The federal government has no constitutional authority to force me to purchase anything. The challenges that were heard in SCOTUS weren't brought by those affected, but once the People start getting charged, they can file a lawsuit challenging it. The act is a violation of Article 1, Section 8...
I refuse to comply with an unconstitutional act, so I don't know how to fix it or even sign up. I won't allow the government to dictate my personal health.

The first trial was 4-days, two of that jury deliberation. The second trial they didn't put up all the prosecution witnesses from the first trial because in the first trial they were forced to admit that the arresting officer lied to his supervisor and on his sworn affidavits of probable cause...

Since this thread ended, I endured two corrupt trials. The first one ended in a mistrial and in the second one I was found guilty of the class b misdemeanor of "interfering with the duties of a peace officer" even though they could never explain...
Not only was I walking with my son, I was doing so in the middle of the country amongst fields and pastures - away from people who wet their pants at the sight of a gun.
Actually, we are allowed to openly carry rifles and shotguns here in Texas, just not pistols. The reason you can't find an open carry law for those is because there isn't one. Rights aren't bestowed by laws created in legislatures. Laws only serve to RESTRICT rights, not grant them...
