Since this being in my County I wonder how the sheriff's department is going to handle the shooter as well. I thought this falls under the stand your ground or the castle doctrine law. If this is a true home invasion +1 for home owner.

I know someone is going to say don't do anything to get stopped. But what happens if they randomly run your plate and stop you to see if you are carrying. << Which again i dont think thats legal.
