      Shot in the keester Some supergenius shot himself in the ass yesterday at a movie theater, during the movie...now we not only have to look out for 'crazyguy' but 'butterfingers' as well. Hmmm, i guess thats why i like the drive-in so much.

      Ok, I guess I should ask, is it acceptable for a gun to do it? It seems UNacceptable to me. It's not something you can typically test for in a gun store either.

      I've seen this topic on other forums. I am just wondering how INGO weighs in on it. Is it "common" for autoloading handguns to be able to stay out of battery? Example: With one in the pipe, full magazine. Pull the slide back about 1/4 inch or so(may vary) and slowly release...does it stay out...

      Shield vs XDS.

      I bought the 40 hoping I can buy a 9mm barrel (whenever they are available). I never found any definitive proof that a Shield 40 will accept a 9mm barrel as a "drop-in" but I do know the M&P 40c will shoot 9mm by just changing the barrel. Time will tell...but if anyone knows for sure, let me know!

      CC Holster

      I carry my M&P Shield in a $7 Blackhawk IWB holster. It fits like a glove, I can draw quickly without yanking the holster too, and I can remove the holster and gun easily if necessary. I've been looking at some of the Comp-Tac holsters lately.
