      1911 Thumb safety fitting help needed!

      The safety isn't engaging properly; it won't go into the safe position, but it will move partially up. I don't have any dye, either.

      1911 Grips

      I have those grips on that same pistol, 'cept mine is the version with the accessory rail; the grips feel GREAT while shooting, and such a great pistol. Dead on out of the box and not a single mishap through 1000 rounds so far.

      The same thing was happening in my 1911, I just greased up the ramp a bit and it solved my issue.

      They're doing the same thing in Gary, they're paying with Wal-mart gift cards...$100 for rifles I think, lol.
