      I thought I said what it was previous.... in the post. Do you agree we are no longer under the original Constitution, but a commercial maritime one??

      Do any of you KNOW what Jury nullification actually IS?? It is the duty of the jury to try BOTH the accused AND the law... and it is the utmost responsibility. However, the merchant Court system in place will not tell prospects this!! We are no longer under the Constitutional common law...
