Ok Im pretty new to all of this LTCH stuff. Im going to Michigan on Wed. then coming back later that day. Then Thurs. Im going to the UP for a few days.
I have my LTCH and MI honors that. But does that mean I can OC or should I just CC while Im up there? Cuz I didnt think MI allowed OC'ing.
Ok so I went and shot up some rounds. Started at 3 yards and took 3 shots. Pretty good group. So I moved back to 5 yards and fired 4 shots. 3 of the shots were tight but one was higher than the others. Probably flinched or something. But it was still good.
Moved back to 9 yards. Groups werent...
Well I figured you still cannot carry in schools. It was just an example, although these days it should be allowed in alot of schools imo. I do conceal most of the time so those places havent harassed me yet lol. I just dont understand why businesses put up signs that say "Firearms Prohibited."...
Ok so the way I am seeing it is that you still cannot carry in places such as public schools? Or am I missing something? SEA 292 seems too vague in my opinion because of the words "with certain exceptions." What are these exceptions? I probably read them already but didnt notice.
All I want to...
What are the new gun laws as of today, July 1? Ive read this article New laws go into effect July 1 but dont see the actual law or Indiana Code for it.
And I do find it hard to believe you can carry in police stations like the article says. Could be wrong though.
Ok I guess maybe I was too tense and anticipating the recoil. I was expecting to do horrible with the 45 so maybe that just made me not care as much, which then didnt put any pressure on myself. I plan on buying a hundred rounds in a couple days and I will try to just relax. Also I have only one...
Ok that does make sense about the 1911 trigger. As to the grip though, I personally think the USP feels best. One of the reasons why I bought it. Thanks for the help everyone. Im not as confused now lol. But even when I shot SA with the USP and Beretta I would have expected more ya know. But...
Ok... I bought a HK USP compact 9mm awhile ago. I haven't been able to shoot very accurate with it for some reason. I figured, of course, it was my fault not the guns fault. So I paid close attention to sight picture, grip, stance, etc. Still not much better. Unless I'm only a few yards away...
First time completely OC'ing today. Went to KFC. The girl at the register took my card and went back to swipe it. I could see her talking to an employee. She was probably more nervous than I was!
ive read them before. but i didnt see anything saying i couldn't carry there unless of course i just missed it. it wasnt government property or anything. it was a youth center. theres the debate of whether or not no firearms signs actually have authority or not. but i don't know.
ok so i carried in a prohibited place the other day. when i was leaving i asked a friend who works there if it is "illegal" to carry in there and he said yes. so i said ok and left. keep in mind i didnt say i was carrying in there. if he knew i was carrying (for whatever reason) and say he...
Ok, so I got my USPc ordered from Gunbroker. So a smaller gun is out of the question. At least for now. I thank all of you for the replies. Im going to go with a Crossbreed. In a couple weeks or so I will update and let you all know how it works.
Thanks for the replies. I have looked into Crossbreed and just checked out the MTAC. Can anyone comment on which one would be better for concealment or is it just personal preference?
Also note: I am willing to sacrifice a little comfort for more concealment if that helps. And I cant open...
Hey everyone! Im currently waiting for my LTCH. And I am set on buying a HK USP Compact. Now Im pretty thin. Im about 5' 11" and 125lbs. Does anyone have any advice (besides eating lots of food lol) about how I would be able to IWB carry? And what are some good holsters that would work for...
Went in a week ago to do the first part of paperwork for the sheriff's department. Then yesterday I went to do the State paperwork and the lady there told me it would be 3 months! :( Does this sound right?
