Glad there were so many spectators today. Gives us a chance to share what we do with others. You can't beat the fun we have. I've shot many other gun competitions and cowboy action shooting is like no other. Have been doing it since 2008 will do it until I'm dead.

Just had my buck scored by an official for the state record book. He scored 142-5/8 typical. Had just a couple of small deduction from 145-7/8.
I'm pretty happy with that and now have a goal to break in 2016.
I thought he was gonna go 150+....but I'm still excited about it and am looking...
So what club will you be visiting BogWalker? Most clubs that I know of only shoot wild bunch matches at the state level and up. Our club (Paradise Pass) allows you to shoot wild bunch in our monthly matches during the main match.
I was out shed hunting yesterday, put about 6 miles on the quad, and again today put another 4 miles on it just hunting the open fields and fence rows. Also walked a adjoining woods. No luck finding any sheds.
Never a true'r word spoken! The competition is amazingly fun. The food at the campfires are wonderful. The single action guns, the lever action guns, the side by sides and all the rest is just flat out freaking fun! You won't never meet more friendly ppm anywhere!
Remember that bucks don't necessarily follow heavily traveled paths. Searching in heavy areas and bedding areas are great spots for sheds. I searched an 8 acre woods last Saturday combing every inch of ground I could, back and forth and found nothing. Good news is their dropping, and we...
I have a 30 acre field. The outside perimeter is trees and food plots along the fence rows. Which is where I found the smaller of the two. I found the other following tracks across the open field.
