Stunning! I look forward to the finished shots after the Midnight Bronze.
Hey, I just got the same pen in the mail today as a promo sample! Not half-bad for a freebie. :D
I love the Fall. Looking forward to winter is making me want to bump windshield wipers higher up on the list, dig out one of the heaters, find a suitable defrost tube, and research fabricating a set of bows for the old vinyl top I have laying around.
Thanks! I think I'm going to call Southport or Beech Grove PD (the two closest stations to my house) and see if I can run out there to do the Vin check this afternoon or sometime this evening. I haven't been able to catch any of my neighbors out and about yet. I'm ready to get her registered...
I'm still perusing JK and WK2 classifieds to replace my Silverado, but my CJ is finally to the point where it could come home! There are a few small details here and there that I want to tackle, but she's all done for the most part.
This should help quell the Jeep bug for a little while.
Now...
I remember test driving a few WK2 Grand Cherokees with the 3.6 when my wife was car shopping and I was pleasantly surprised by how they behaved. It was nothing like driving a WJ with the 4.0. IF I went with the JK, It would probably be a LONG time before it saw 35's or more. I was browsing...
Noted! My Dad and I have regewred and rebuilt a few axles, but I'd probably be leery about busting into a newer daily driver like that myself now.
Ah! I'm off my game. That's good to know though. I just remember how awful my YJ on 33's with a 3.07 ratio was before I regeared down to 4.10.
It...
I was tire kicking a JK. Mileage is right, engine is right (3.6), and the price is right; however, it has the gawdawful steel wheels and 29's so I'm sure it'll also have the 3.22 gear ratio. Weels and tires are easy to change. I could even snag a set of JK takeoffs for 500 - 600 it seems, but...
They are. I've seen them in Yellowwood:
I never did see any at my parent's place growing up a bit farther down in Southern Indiana. We only came across copperheads down there.
I can believe that. My extended cab Silverado is a pain. I'm still eyeing 2-door JK's to replace my Silverado, but it has me pondering the Unlimited models now that loading up the family includes securing a tiny person in a car seat and isn't just letting the dog jump in the back.
I think we've all been there! The CZ 75 looks like a fun one.
I completely missed this thread, but glad it popped up again since I was curious which fantastic plastic pistol you ended up with. Excellent choice on the VP9! I was all geared up to buy a Glock 19, but then one evening I was...
