I forgot about the proper reason language. Thanks for pointing that out.

      Wording Issue?

Excellent question. My best answer is "I don't know." Might be a way to get money from people who think guns are only for hunting, or who think that they will never ever carry a gun anywhere because they won't 'need' to.

      Wording Issue?

They are all LTCH. You can hunt, target shoot, carry and do whatever with the PPL. You can ONLY hunt and target shoot with the Hunting and Target License. You would still need the proper hunting licenses to hunt, even with the Hunting and Target License. As someone else said, there is no reason...

      RIGHT to carry reciprocity

So the sled dogs are state-issued? Sweet!

      Wording Issue?

Indiana Code 35-47-2. Each section refers to licenses to carry handguns. That's where the LTCH term comes from. There are two types of LTCH; the unlimited PPL and the limited Hunting and Target License, which only allows you to carry a handgun to and from the range, and to, from and while hunting.

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

      :lol2::lol2::lol2: I like that answer.

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

Because you don't think the way he thinks.

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

I agree that it has to be hard to deal with everyone the same. I disagree that you can renounce a government and move for secession without renouncing your citizenship. If you secede, you are no longer an American citizen, period. I also disagree that the founder of the AIP was renouncing the...

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

Call BS all you want, those were her words. Calling BS does not make it untrue. If you have a different interpretation of what she said, please share. If you don't know what she said, find out and report back. I am not making that up, it is what she said.

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

The bottom line is that wanting to leave America is being unAmerican. There is no way around that. The founding fathers wanted to live the by good British ideals, but not the ones they disagreed with, so they set up a country with the good, but not the bad. They were unBritish (I made unBritish...

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

My only thoughts on recession are that it takes a 2/3 vote of the other states to let you in, it should take some sort of vote to let you out. It could be 1/3 (then you would be under the 2/3 for admission), or it could be 2/3 (the same supermajority required to increase the size of the Union...

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

Her words from the debate, not mine. She said that Iran thinks Israel is a stinking corpse (which Iran does) and that Iran said that Israel should be blown off the map (which it has). She said that meeting with a country that has made those statements legitimizes those statements and would lead...

      Palin supports Alaskan secession?

Palin thinks that engaging in diplomacy with people that hold a certain set of ideals means that you also hold those ideals. She said so in the VP debate. Surely voluntarily recording a welcome message for a party's convention is more than engaging in diplomacy, where your goals may be to change...

      Level of Education

That is what I was thinking too, but graduate and professional degrees aren't really "college," so I thought I would ask. Though my school was called the College of Law. I am voting 5+ years college. On the other hand, 5+ years college could make you Van Wilder.

So I get this phone call,

If you have a couple extra minutes one day, you can go to your county courthouse and cast an absentee ballot. Full ticket, same procedure as going to your poll on Nov.4, just more convenient for some people. I may do it, then I won't have any obligations for my day off on Nov.4.

      Level of Education

before I answer, would a graduate degree be 5+ years of college or other?

      Uninsured Drivers

I am constantly amazed by how many people come through my office after getting arrested for driving without a license/with a suspended license. They are always caught for doing the stupidest **** imagineable, too. Things like blowing stop signs that cops are stopped at, doing 15+ over the...

      Ubuntu Help

I have been up and running problem free for a couple of hours now, so I am not going to worry about the memtest86 errors. A google search told me that test 5 errors are common if your ram is not setup ideally in your BIOS. I don't know how to change my ram settings, so I am not going to worry...
