I forgot to add the other day that Stan Maddux is a writer for the Michigan City News-Dispatch. Displeasure with this article should be directed there. I imagine NWI Times was just running the story like papers run stories off the AP wire. Or maybe they have the same parent company, I don't...
The dimwit that says the constitution is old and outdated is the child of a Judge in the county.
The reporter that wrote the article is just a dimwit. All of his articles are awful.
Overall, this is par for the course.
sounds like bad advice to me:):
To all of you shocked about her dad fiinding it under her bed. We are both divorced adults. What could he really say about it? it isn't even his house, so he can't pull the "my house, my rules" card.
He called because she was with me and didn't know yet. Her son found it and told him.
To Bill of Rights, I didn't realize it wasn't on my hip because it usually isn't when I am there. I woke up in the morning and left so I could come home and get ready for work. Didn't register that I was...

I just can't believe I let this happen. This is the first time my gun hasn't been exactly where I...
I just found out that I did something stupid. I feel embarrassed and ashamed of myself. My girlfriend's dad called me tonight to tell me that I left my handgun under her bed. It's bad enough that I apparently did this two nights ago and hadn't noticed, right? How did they know it was there? Her...
Don't get discouraged by your scores on your practice tests, either. I took 3 practice tests and scored a point worse on each than the one before it. I scored a few points higher on the actual test than on my highest practice test.
Carrying without a license is a Class A misdemeanor, which is punishable by up to 1 year in jail and/or a fine of up to $5,000. Don't carry on an expired license.
I am glad they got him locked up. Here's to hoping they keep him there for a long time.
In case the office down there hasn't warned you already, the defendant will almost certainly want to take your daughter's deposition. This is sensitive and will be incredibly uncomfortable for...
