Bought to call it a day. Wife, 2 dogs, and I are all beat…too much physical work this afternoon. Needed to remove a large ‘clump’ of tall grass in a bed/hardscape. 2024 Deer Season
Had a young buck ( yearling ? ) with a couple short protrusions on his head walk past my wife and I this afternoon while we were clearing a flower bed in yard. Probably 30 feet between us and he wasn’t concerned at all. Just moseying along from 1 wooded to spot to another.- Hardscrable

Dang, 30 years ago my youngest was starting his 3rd year of college and oldest was working on a mountain in northern Japan teaching English in a grade school. Little past the play set age. Best we had was a swing set they got from Grandpa 1 Christmas. Otherwise a sandbox was about it- Hardscrable

Dang. Trying to work outside and colder than crap at times. About 30 mph wind coming full length of lake before it hits. And in the shade. Went from t shirt to long sleeved to seriously considering a sweatshirt. Supposed to be worse tomorrow- Hardscrable
