      I wouldn't say he is the Devil. He is not for everyone. Most people don't have any financial plan. At least one plan is better than no plan.

      I just heard that WALMART is bringing back the lay-a-way program. That is huge for expensive toys that can be purchased there. Everything else is just budgeting.

      You can use a baking soda paste as a general stain remover. Rub chalk on grease stains prior to washing. Apply butter or margarine to chocolate stains, let set at least 15 minutes and wash.
