He treated it like a loaded gun until he was SURE it wasn't loaded. You know ... cuz the "treat every gun as if it's loaded" rule implies that "unloaded" guns can be treated differently than "loaded" guns.

Anyone here interested in a one day road trip in a few weeks? I want to get out to Wolcottville for some extended range shooting. I want to get some dope on a couple guns and with no access to private land around here, a road trip is in order.

ok ... I see it now but no way to change it. So if I walk away for two hours, instead of having to click through 100 pages, I only have to click through 50 to catch up. Much better.
There's a lot of gun stuff in the shop that would be a shame to toss out and I don't just mean guns. A bit of a mess but I'll bet more than a few hard to find items and manuals.
Only gunsmiths I can think of now would be Cabela's, Blythes (down the road), and Copper Custom.
Wow ... I didn't even think he was in his 60's. Shocking. I think it was earlier this year that I talked to him (might have been late last year). We chatted for a while when I was in there. Great guy. Wonder what the cause was? He didn't seem sickly or having any health issues. I wonder what...
