I don't think that's right.
Requiring felons to "register" firearms they are illegally possessing is a 5A violation IIRC.
But, I don't think that self-reporting of being an improper person is a 5A violation. In fact, people have been prosecuted for the "lie and try" strategy to form-filling...
I think that's right.
I would place the date of manufacture as a couple years prior to the early production of dirt. Yes, it is older than dirt.
However, I also believe INGO will deliver a healthy amount of proper information on that rifle. :)
My opinion about APBTs has evolved over the last 20 years. After a couple negative interactions, I didn't see much value in them.
Now, it seems to me that "breeding of qualities" didn't end a hundred years ago. Breeding the non-aggressive APBTs should yield less aggressive APBTs. I mean...
haha
Yeah, I've been around aircraft since before I could walk, so there are alot of things in the air that look familiar, even if I don't know EXACTLY what they are.
But, I have to admit, that there have been a couple times in my life when I've seen things in the air that defy my...
That's kinda where I'm at on it.
I'm not really against APBT as a breed. Yeah, they probably are inclined to be more aggressive (and maybe even provably so). But also, nurture can go a long way to mitigating that particular part of their nature in any particular dog. "But mine just loves...

Saw an interesting stat on that - well, vehicle crashes - over the weekend.
Can't vouch for the provenance of it, but the takeaway was that MVAs were down, but fatalities from them are up (slightly).
It reminded me of an accident investigator I knew a LONG time ago opining that the vast...
Kinda wished I'd checked out this thread over the weekend, so I could've intentionally not posted regarding a certain tangent. :D As it is, the absence - though fortuitous - was unintentional. :D
Yeah, this is a really tricky policy decision. One in which "appeal to authority" looms large.
Because science.
I kinda liked where we were as a culture pre-pandemic. I don't think we are "there" any more, though. :(
Sorry CM, for as much as it may disappoint, I think the incident is water under the bridge - at least for me.
He and I have been in threads before and even agreed with each other. Exchanged rep and everything.
At least on the internet, I think the whole thing is NBD.
(Granted, he may have...
