      Definitely would appear that way. Mixed blessing that it seems to be mostly in contained to the southwestern US at the moment. Im still trying to get some confirmation from a few friends in the army and see if they know anything about Ft. Bliss going on alert.

      Wow. Learn something new everyday. Ive never heard of a no notice active shooter drill. Everyone I have seen or been involved with has always been well announced and a lot of warning signs at entrances and exits to avoid this kind of thing as well as unnecessary injury or death.
