I had the same prolblem once,,, it was the disconnect outside below the meter that was corroded on one side and caused an imbalance on the load. Replaced the disconnect and problem was solved.... look for corrossion on the terminals outside.
I read about Wonder Dust on a forum, it is a Dressing powder and blood coagulant You can buy it at Rural King for 6.99 it is for horses and show stock but I bet it would work for wounds on people. Just my thoughts.
After watching Armageddon the other night it looks to me that those who would survive are those that banded together in small communities to wach out for each other. I think those that are a part of a MSG would stand a far better chance than if you went off on your own with or without a family.

If it all goes down the tubes some of the best things to have stockpiled will be... canned beer (trade it one at a time) .223 and 9mm ammo (most common) and weapons... buy up the cheap 9mm handguns and rifles, they will indeed be worth the weight in gold.... when TSHTF
