The firm is Betz Brothers. Their website sets off my firewall, so I won't post the link.
Sounds like the floor was acid-washed or something equivalent. Those are very nice looking floors!
Some thoughts for consideration:
Any roof above ground is a weak link. Down in the hurricane areas they use clips to help hold the roof on when the winds blow. Not to mention the fact the roof presents a large exposed area for potential wind blown debris.
In that same area they also specify...
There's a company in the Jasper area who has built some insulated form houses and other structures (garage that I know of). I really think this is a good way to go and second rockhopper46038's comments.
Here's one I can think of right now. 400 amps is going to be quite a bit. Are you planning on that much or a smaller value to handle the outages comfortably?
Well, it's been a while since I've been in E'ville but...Cork & Cleaver used to be pretty darn good. Another one was My Brothers Place. Don't know if Jack still has it open, but they had really good food at decent prices.
I tried several times and got nowhere with it until later. Then, there was some comment about don't worry it's not the ATF. Hmmmm, sure......:laugh:
I've been waiting for these to hit the market (finally:rolleyes:). Definitely interested to hear your views and experiences with this. With the amount of time HK put into these they should be perfect.
I've seen the same thing with the spruce trees I have here. The first time I saw noticed this I thought aww crap. Since the outside of the tree appeared healthy I just left them alone. That was about 10 years ago, so I quit worrying about it.
Nothing like capitalizing off of some others hard earned name and deeds. Disney should be ashamed of this.
All of that other stuff with outing the SEAL team and the constant chatter should never have started. That's just plain old BS. Someone is trying to make hay off of this event.:xmad:
As others have said, the fins, snorkel and mask are relatively cheap. I have my own BCD and wetsuit, but after getting those and using them for a short time life took over (ex-wife & daughter) and the fun stuff came to a screachin' halt. Still have the gear though. It would come closer to...
Eton also has a similar model (called the Scorpion I believe) that's about 1/3 that price. It doesn't have the altimeter, etc but it does have the radios, light, hand crank, etc.
For $150 you can outfit others for the same cost. Just a thought...
BTDT from about 4 years old to present (around 20 years). Sorry, won't be much help on outings as mine is older, but I understand where you're coming from. Did everything by myself, so I know you will have your hands full. On the flip side though, you have one less aggravation to deal with.:D
