I usually stuff my 442 into my jeans when at home, and always have it when I walk my property or work in my wood shop. I'm old, my neighborhood is declining as fast as I am. S@W feels good!
If they both "feel" good in your hand, I would go with the Glock...looongtime track record for reliability. Course my nine is a Beretta M9 fitted with rubber combat grips, it "feels" perfect to me.
I had a Glock 26. Great little shooter, but the safety on the trigger concept wasn't for me. I consider it an "experts" pistol for that reason. How a child gets a hold of a loaded gun with a round in the chamber? A reckless "adult" lets them!
