So the G7 is better ? The insurance company still has me on the G6 and it can be good, well within 20 points or completely bipolar. When I talked to the support guys at Dexcom they were telling me the tech and chemistry was the same in both models but maybe not... I would appreciate the thing...- gunbunnies

Well I do like the Omnipods design, just wish they would pay closer attention to Chinese guys making them. No tubes to get caught on anything, no taking it off to jump in the shower or pool, and if the pump fails you just throw the whole pumping mechanism in the garbage and load up a new one...- gunbunnies

Well, Omnipod already offers the self-controlled insulin delivery, but I don't trust that thing. The Omnipod 5 Bluetooth with the Dexcom G7 and adjust accordingly but my experience with the Dexcom is nothing close to stellar either. you should probably crush up some moth balls and get it in with the wire run so you don't have to replace it in a year or two... You could cap off each entry point of the pipe with some rubberized caulk to maybe keep the rodents out of there too...- gunbunnies
