I'm in the north central Indy area... this could prove to be interesting since there is no distance time difference to ruin our sample. SCIENCE! Good luck.
I had an issue with the breech face on my sr1911. It was damaging my brass (as opposed to busting my balls) and potentially causing ejection issues. Anyway, called ruger, they emailed me a label and it was off to UPS to get it shipped. It left the facility just a second ago and is on its way...
^that
Used to be recoil spring, they are all fixed.
Some glocks are ejecting soft or backwards instead of sideways. It seems to be mainly due to forging marks that weren't polished off on the extractor. The ejector too was an issue, but really only magnified the extractor issue.
I wouldn't...
500 times every caliber (.380, 9mm, .40, .45, 7.62, .22) makes me feel pretty good... Realistically that is probably more than one (big) person could carry... not to mention you're missing all those guns/gear as well. In SHTF I'm not staying around my place for very long, so getting 10,000...
I don't mean to be rude... but maybe if we had our cops focus on real crimes instead of wasting manpower on petty revenue generators we wouldn't need as many nor would crime rates rise.
