Any WalMarts selling guns in Central and Southern Indiana?

I've looked in every nook and cranny. They do not.

Any WalMarts selling guns in Central and Southern Indiana?

Bloomington offers airguns and maybe ML, absolutely no modern firearms. This is the case I think all the way down SR37 from Indy to Bedford. Went today to Columbus east as advised by a kind member. Bought Swiss-made 9 mm ammo, and that ain't bad. Saw a Mini 14 for 600+, too bad I am not in the...

Any WalMarts selling guns in Central and Southern Indiana?

Thank you all guys. Columbus and hopefully Avon are not too far. Jubba I can't see how any walmart can lose money selling guns these days but who am I to tell them.:ingo: Hope the tide is turning indeed. That would help keep the gunshop prices more competitive.

The normally all-knowing Walmart web site is completely mum on this.

      Sig Sauer Mosquito

Here is the skinny on the SIG, and nothing but. It is hurt by newtonian physics. It is a fine pistol but falls below expectations, because it LOOKS heavier than it is. A little bit of a limp wrist, and you get a FTE or FTF or both. The much beloved Ruger Mark (fill the blank) is a LOT...

CZ 527 Carbine vs. Ruger Hawkeye Compact

Sounds good. I just have to get to know her (the rifle) by the way of field-stripping. Until then I don't feel like the rightful owner. Speaking of triggers, turns out there is a Savage 10 Carbine with a safety tab (they call it Accutrigger or so) that looks like a Glock. Never seen one, but...

CZ 527 Carbine vs. Ruger Hawkeye Compact

Right, it is a set trigger. Anything peculiar about cleaning the rifle? Thank you jd!

CZ 527 Carbine vs. Ruger Hawkeye Compact

I have been looking for a handy bolt-action centerfire rifle. If you have experience with both, I would appreciate your opinion on how they compare. I read that the CZ has an adjustable trigger, but not sure if it really matters. Both seem easy enough to clean. Ruger posts excellent videos, but...

      Best .22 plinker?

I can't risk my fingernails or fingertips stripping a pistol cause my job depends on them, thus I hate pieces of machinery that want an ounce of flesh and love pieces like the SiG with a dull name Mosquito that I actually look forward to cleaning. But who cares. Margolin! Where in the world did...

      Best .22 plinker?

True. The gun is unnecessarily complicated. Even the manual suggests "tapping" it with a hammer. Out of the box, count on some good hammering. A steel pick or at least a paperclip is needed just to get started. The swivel pin in the back of the grip is a doozie to manipulate. I can hear someone...

      Best .22 plinker?

A wise investment :yesway: Even more so if your SIGness progresses to larger calibers. She is finicky with ammo, but don't give up early. BTW someone was wondering why care about easy tool-free stripping. Well I decided to try another spring in my Mosquito at the range. Changed in a heartbeat...

      Best .22 plinker?

From a shooter's old laptop Ruger Mark III is probably the coolest-looking of the bunch. If that matters, knowing it to be issued to Navy Seals will make you feel even better. It has a narrow metal grip and a short trigger reach, suitable for smaller hands. The grip angle favors target...

Sig Mosquito - which recoil spring?

Good morning to everyone, Any experience with the two recoil springs that come with the Sig Mosquito? I I am trying to decide which one to leave in the pistol so it cycles more reliably with MOST loads. Will appreciate your help.:patriot:

      Walther P-22??

A lot of things in life are doable that are not really worth doing. To me, the rimfire gun that needs tools for maintenance better have some redeeming qualities compared to Sig Mosquito and the like. The P22 is fun to shoot, so is the Mark 3. I just like to have a pistol that I can take down...

      Walther P-22??

I owned one. Found it a. fun to shoot because of the nice grip and good frame-to-caliber ratio, b. one of the ugliest pistols out there, like a thin toad, makes Glock look like the Brooks Brothers c. a PITA to reassemble because of the tricky recoil spring:twocents:

      Looking for a pocket .22

Depends on what you carry it for. In the gravest extreme, sights or range accuracy won't matter, the mugger or a carjacker will be right in your face. What really matters is that it will go bang every time you want it to. Unless you are a LE pro or such, better be a simple one, hence my vote for...
