T/C Contender Carbine, 357Max, Leupold (pictures added)
Gun is in very good condition! I've used it for deer hunting last 2yrs. At 4.5lb it's an awesome woods gun.

I too would be interested in seeing the vendors actual name. I can see no reason to purchase from such an individual in the future either. Gun safety is not rocket science, but looking around sometimes ... common sense even seems more common.
I forgot to add ... I'm also happy to take PayPal and ship. The last scope I had cost $11 to ship (so we'll go with that) ... and PayPal fee works out to about 3%.
Thanks, Neal

Excellent LNIB. This one again is in great condition. Comes with Burris Xtreme 30mm ring (not included when purchased). Battery is still good. Only flaw I can...
I guess it's all speculation ... but same story around here. Very few deer spottings. Maybe they'll all come out for firearm season Saturday, but I don't think there are that many hiding.
Yeah ... hunting or not, typical practice is not to rest any gun by it's barrel. You want to rest on your forearm (gun forearm). Just forward of the hinge pin seems to work good ... all the way out to the end of the wood.
Just a side note ... tackling hunting with a single shot pistol seems...
Obviously personal opinions here ... but the .308 seems like a good choice. I think with the surge in "tactical" everything ... common stock .308 ammo might even outlast the .30'06. I can't image what animal in NA it wouldn't be good to hunt.
On another note, I'm not sure anything Winchester...
Contender's the only thing that comes to mind. $400 should come close. Seems the 35Rem is a popular cartridge in Contender, and not a very good seller ... ie 1/2 the Contenders I see for sale are 35Rem, and seldom do they sell. Neal
