      Greenwood walmart(US 31) has 9mm

As of about 12:30am(2/22/13) walmart on 31 in Greenwood has 5-6 100-pack boxes of Federal 9mmFMJ, a few 50-round boxes of Federal 9mm FMJ, 1 box of winchester .40, and a few boxes of white box 9mm FMJ in stock. I bought my limit of 3 100-packs of Federal. :D Also checked at the location on 465 &...

      Walmart

Yeah...That's happened several times as well...lol If you look around on the web you can still get the direct links to walmart's online ammo listings(which include the inaccurate store stocking status). Looks to me like they just "hid" them by not allowing them to be searched....but they're there.

I picked up the kit at the Indy Trading Post last weekend for a little less than it can be had for on Amazon....now my Sccy CPX-1 smells minty fresh!!

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

:): I was just trying to see if I way over-paid for mine or not. I got the CPX-1 gen2 stainless version(I wanted the safety option). for $295 before tax from a Greenwood area Gunbroker dealer. I did see that ZX Guns had them for $269 at the Indy 1500 but I didn't take advantage of it then(the...

Des...where did u end up getting your CPX & how much did it set you back?

      Walmart

Just a word of warning....don't trust walmart's online stock indicator for true in-store stock on ammo. I ALWAYS call to confirm stock if, online, it says a store has it. About 2/3rds of the time they don't really have any. All they seem to have lately in 9mm is the TulAmmo steel stuff, and the...

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

Now THAT'S the kind of customer service I can get behind! I read on the Sccy forum that there is an updated guide rod assembly(mine has a brass washer...new one's delrin). Mine isn't causing a problem but I contacted CS via email to inquire about it & they are sending me one out free. Can't beat...

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

Lol...I was actually thinking of that video when my sccy's jam happened & I was trying to clear it. That guy would have been SOL with the whole "rack" portion of his philosophy since the slide wouldn't rack!

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

Yeah, I heard that their CS is really good too. I think my excess oil was the real culprit, but I will definitely give them a call if my next range visit doesn't go well....hoping to go to BGF this coming weekend. I really WANT to love this gun!:)

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

Well, I got to the range(Indy trading post) this weekend. There was good & bad..... I tried a couple mags of Federal brass, then a couple of Tula steel-cased, and a couple of MFS steel-cased(zinc-plated). The CPX did fine for the first few magazines and then "disaster" struck. I had gone...

      Jiminez Arms

Here's a pic of mine(taken before I shipped it out to service). You can see the opening in the end of the barrel, above the ejector. And above that, on the slide, you can see the "speckles" from the crap that was blowing back

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

Thanks...I did notice that it is decidedly difficult to get the last 2 or 3 rounds into the magazine...I'm hoping they loosen up in time. I purchased it mainly for concealed carry, but hope it will be some fun at the range as well.

Got my new Sccy. Any tips or tricks?

I just picked up my new Sccy CPX-1(gen2) last night. First-off, I know it's a cheap pistol & many here will say that I could've done a lot better. Having conceded that point, I was wondering if anyone who has owned a 2nd gen CPX has any tips or tricks that I can apply to mine? I'm hoping to get...

      Hi-Point Threaded Take-down Pin?

Yeah, my HP .45 is easier because the pin is totally exposed when the slide is held back...not sure why they didn't make sure the C9 was as well before they started mass-producing them:dunno:. Other than that I think they are great guns & an excellent value for the money. They're customer...

      Jiminez Arms

Wish I could say that about the JA-22 I bought 2 years ago! I was just packing it up this afternoon to ship it back to the factory. From day 1 it's been blowing crap back in my face from an apparent defect in the barrel(next to the ejector). They finally responded to my emails about 1.5 years...

      Hi-Point Threaded Take-down Pin?

I don't know. That pin is my biggest beef with Hi-point....especially since the slide is partially covering the pin when it is held back. An allen key is a lot easier to stow than a punch & hammer for me. To each his own I guess ;-)

      Hi-Point Threaded Take-down Pin?

I recently saw a Youtube video where a guy was "upgrading" his C9 by replacing the standard, rolled steel take-down pin with a pin that was threaded on one side, with an allen head, making it so you can remove the pin with an allen key instead of the old punch 'n' hammer method. Has anyone had...

      Worst gun you ever bought!

So far my worst has been a Jiminez JA-22. it blows crap back into your face every time you fire it(so I DON'T) due(I guess) to an ill-fitting slide. I've emailed the company on at least 2 occasions with detailed pics and get absolutely NO response. Not much of a "lifetime" warranty if you can't...
