      Do I need a LTCH if getting a Utah license?

      I just completed the the non-resident Utah class. They will not issue any LTC without having LTC from your home state.

      Visiting from out of state. Can I bring a handgun?

      With the Utah permit, you must have a permit from your home state prior to being granted their permit.
