      Time for more letters

When you are on the Ruger site click on the FIXNIC's and read the Facts & INFO portion. It says the NSSF thinks the exsisting background system needs to be fixed before Congress can consider expanding background checks. NO THANKS!

      Fix NIC's

This was a new Ruger email I received this morning. Mental Health issues very in degree as I understand. The goverment is using this issue to deny gun rights to Veterans today. Someone said a lot of law enforcement are being treated for stress issues. Should NIC's have all of this...

      Fix NIC's

Ruger and NSSF are pushing a campaign for new laws to fix NIC's. Is this a good idea to give the feds more information? Do we need to give them more information on law abidding gun owners? I called my favorite GS and ask them if NIC's needed fixing. They would not comment. I was disappointed...

DHS Purchases 21.6 Million More Rounds of Ammunition

DHS Buying Ammo. DHS has purchased 1.6 billion rounds in the last ten months. Per Lou Dobbs on Fox Business News. I wonder why they need all of this ammo.

What the heck are they doing with all of this

DHS Stock Piling Ammo. Why would the Department of Homeland Security buy 1.6 billion rounds of ammunition in the last ten months? I just heard this on Fox Business News about ten minutes ago on the Lou Dobbs Show.

      The Situation Room

Very good letter! Well done! I recommend the Fox News channel. They at least try to be fair and balanced.

This show is going to be crazy

Admission had been $10.00 for a few years. I quit going because of the crowds. It will be a mad house and prices will be out of sight.

      NRA Lifetime Membership

My wife just got a letter last week asking her to renew her membership. The letter stated she could upgrade to a Life membership for $600. Sponsorship drive sounds a lot better! :-)

Greenfield Gun and Knife Show December 22nd & 23rd

Dropped in after church. AR stuff had doubled and tripled in price. Even the old ammo cans were $28.00 at one table and there were only a few left. Mags that normally sell for sell for $12.-$14. were $30. and $40.00. Any thing I saw non-AR was about the normal price.

Boycott Dick's, Wal-Mart, Cheaper than Dirt

Greenfield Wal-Mart had three Colt Ar 15's left around 3 pm today.

      Pearce Grip PG-39

A Glock 27 with the Pearce Grip PG-39 extension pinches the old finger every time a round is fired. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Just reviewed a Youtube video where a guy was having the same problem with his G 26. His remedy is to sell it. Thanks

      Beech Grove Gun Shop

One of the local TV stations was doing a story there a few weeks ago, and it looked pretty nice.

      Popguns

Are they still in the same location? I have not been by there in several years. Was that near E.Washington and Post Rd. Just don't get to that part of town anymore.

      Gander Mtn

I have only been in GM a few times, but they appeared to be under staffed both times. Maybe they should hire some extra help. When I don't get good service I don't go back.

      Indy Gun Safety

Thanks for the information on IGS. They have a lot to offer and a very good web site!

      Dons Guns

Don is a classic in the business! He serves a nitch market on the NW side. How many guys have the gonads for what Don does. He evidently runs a legit business or the feds would shut him down. Most people (myself included) would not have a shop in the area if we could sell guns for twice there...

      Bradis, Bradis 2, and Shooter!!!

Bradis has a great bunch of guys! The only people I have ever seen leave the store mad are those who wanted near retail for their used firearm.
    18. S

      Bradis

I agree with you regarding Bradis! I think that is why they were voted as the #1 gun shop in Indiana for 2012.

      Gander Mountain

Gander usually has a very nice selection, but I am for supporting our local gun shops. If the local shop doesn't have it, he can order it for you.
