I was on a board to put a 600yd state of art range in down in rush county and they vowed to help the opposition to stop us ,all because we wasnt going to include class 3 shooting. So I wont go 'there'

      Etiquette at the Range

Its probably much worse at a city indoor range. People not used to handling weapons much tend to be absent minded.

Would you really pull the trigger?

Reloading and Shooting Lead Cast VS FMJ

Ive seen lead bullets shoot more accuratly than any jacketed . So much cheaper too. Im ready to go lead' in everything I shoot. Ive used cast lead in my deer hunting .44 pistol for years with better results,Ive learned they are not inferior to jacketed.

Any hollow point staggered with roundnose the whole clip. Hollow points dont go through metal or glass well. solids do.

      Brass and Headstamps

I used the A-merc with no problems , I use everything reloadable ,only thing that can be differant is case capacity ,but if not loading for 'max' load that isnt a problem. I would not throw away any brass, who knows what restriction might come down the road.

      9mm bullet weight question

Yes differant wt bullets will hit differant . Thats why I generally stick yo one weight in rifle especially and sight in for that . even differant brand or wt .22 bullets will all shoot differant groups ,right left up or down. At 15 yards I mix & match differant weights in a pistol because it...

Heads up on Remington Golden Bullets

I stopped buying these a long time ago ,best just to get 100 rd boxes of Winchester or CCI. or if bulk is a must those Win. boxes of '333' count are not too bad. Most bulk doesnt store for many years ,they go bad with plenty misfires.

      Where to shoot long range?

With that sight you should be able to group as good as a scope with crosshairs. I sighted in a Springfield ACOG and I thought that thing could do well at 100yrd but it grouped about 1 1/2. Made me a believer

      Pump Action .22

I got a taurus model 62 ss on a whim. I was very impressed with everything but the, "bb-gun" style ramp sight. I have new sights target sights ordered but they have been back ordered for around a year now. God willing when and if they come it it will be a great little rifle. I had a long barrel...
