I found out why the he did not put the speed on my ticket. I called the traffic court and they said he put down 62 in a 45. He told me he had me at 61 in a 45. Even though its just 1 mph it burns me up. :xmad: I guess if they put n/a on my ticket under vehicle speed they can write whatever...
I honestly have no idea how fast I was going. I was not paying attention and when I saw flashing lights behind me I pulled over. I'm sure I was speeding though and probably was doing 61 in a 45.
Not if I see it first. I will have two of them. haha.
I have a 3 year old and a 7 month old and I carry my pf9 in my pocket all the time while carrying the kids. Neither one of them has tried to reach in my pockets but I am always very cautious when I am around them.
This is a new ticket and I had never seen one like this. I will call and ask about the speed not being shown on the ticket. If I can't go that route I will check into Defensive driving school.
Do you think they would accept my Conehead award from autocross? HAHA
My wife says I drive like an old man. I always do the speed limit. I honestly was just not paying attention and in a car that is easy to speed in. This is my second time being pulled over for speeding in 14 years.
speeding 1-15 $120
speeding 16-30 $130
I was wondering if he was doing me a favor because we was unusually nice and seemed really concerned with people speeding.
I received a speeding ticket from a state trooper this morning. He said he clocked me at 61 in a 45 but on the ticket under vehicle speed it says N/A.
Did he forget to put the speed on the ticket? Is this a way out of it?
BTW I was carrying and had my .223 dies in my passenger seat.
