I asked this on another thread on here but I will ask again. Does the 60 day rule mean 60 business days or 60 calendar days? I would think 60 business days and with the holidays people may have a longer wait than they think to get to the 60 day limit. Any clarification on this?

I actually had the same question before I filled out my permit so I contacted a friend at the BMV and he told me that it is not considered a misdemeanor unless it is deemed reckless driving. Hope that helps.

Gander Mountain in Castleton had tons of ammo yesterday when I was there. I picked up two boxes of .45 Winchester white box at $29.99 per box and 250 rounds of Remington UMC 9mm for $74.99. Not the greatest prices but they had it in stock and I'll take what I can get right now.
