I thought you could use 7.62 to reload 7.5x55. That is where I must have been wrong. I have read that the bore diameter allowed it to have the .002 deviation. So I assumed that it would be considered a 30 caliber bore. Sorry for making everyone get in an uproar that thought I was trying to...
This one is from a government run website just in case you didn't think my other source was legit enough. DNR gets clarification on new rifle law for deer hunting - 4/5/2016 - State of Indiana
I am pretty sure I have read in multiple places that the law states that you can use any 30 cal. round. That is why you can use Ak47 and such. https://duboiscountyherald.com/b/dnr-offers-clarification-on-new-rifle-hunting-law . You might do your research before you go on a tangent. I may be...
I have a K31 that I would really like to take Deer Hunting, but I don't know if I get stopped by a CO if they will be cartridge savvy enough to know that the 7.5 x 55 uses a 30 caliber bullet. I think it would be neat to take an animal with the old rifle. So what is your guys/gals opinion? Take...
If your friend doesn't mind having a double/single action and price isn't a problem the HK P30 is a good choice. I am left handed as well and when they speak of ambi friendly guns most fall short, but that can not be said about P30s. They also come with different side and back plates so you can...
I have looked at about 3 or 4 Npaps and more wasrs than I can count. All seem to have something wrong with them. Whether it be rivets, front site post being canted, or furniture not matching up. I know I am being a little picky, but I don't want to buy something and then have to drop money...
I have looked at a lot of stamped Aks and have been seeing some shady work with rivets and such. I work in a stamping department and Program/run CNC machines on the regular, milled part tolerances compared to stamp parts is night and day.
I have been looking at buying an AK for quite some time. I really don't want to spend the 1200+ on an Arsenal and the C39V2 looks to be one of the best contenders for a milled AK. I have read mixed reviews on the rifle. The problem I am having with the negative reviews is that no one is...
You mention Custom build, are you doing the build yourself or are you having someone else set head space, etc. I am a machinist and I am interested in getting into long range, but I am on a budget. Would it be cost effective to part one together for myself.

Ammoseek.com is what dreams are made of haha. Especially when it comes to odd ball rounds. My local gun shops want an arm and a leg for rounds that you cant find at walmart.
I bounce back and forth between 40 s&w and 45 acp. It depends a lot on what I am wearing, because the only 45 I have is a 1911. You cant quite conceal a 1911 with just a t-shirt on.
