I am sorry if this has been brought up I looked around and didn’t see anything. What are your thoughts and concerns about storing large amounts of food (Beans, Rice, etc) in a 55 gallon drum? Ok here are my thoughts if that time does come that we are dependent on our food how long will this last...
First off I would like to say that I am not a cop I am a Firefighter, Cops should treat you the same as if you treat them. If there ask for your Carry permit give it to them if they ask to see your firearm let them. There jobs are bad enough the way it is, as gun owners we should help them out...
I have hunted on a friends of my land for 5 years now and I am very lucky that he allows me to do what I do there, because I can hunt all seasons there. However I only hunt with a bow.
As far as the not returning items from a hundred yards, well you got to think there are going to be alot of desperite people out there that will band together. I say I keep everything I can and give no ammo out or lead anyone including friends to thinking I have much of a stock.
As a retired Navy Sailor I doubt the military would follow out those orders, I'll just say I will not go easily. I'll stand behind our men and women until the end.
I never really thought about pepper as far as bartering goes, however I am going to stock up on some now and worse comes to worse I'll have pepper and beans for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Either side of the wagon that you are on this should get us all in high gear for preping. Don't let the end of times catch you off guard, it's time to get my last shipping container in the ground.
I have found a great place to buy 3,5, and 6 gallon buckets with air/liquid lids. Worms Way in Bloomington just south of Martinsville just off of 37. The buckets are food grade, on top of that you can look into Indoor Gardening to help with preparation and they have a great selection of seeds FYI.
