I've owned a couple of vectors in the past and I have nothing bad to say about the quality of their products. Their customer service is quite good as well. The folding stock looks cool but the fixed stock is way more comfortable. They like to be run wet, and they love hot ammo. The uzitalk site...
X grips is coming out with a model for the 45c. It will work with the 10 round magazine to make your compact grip more like their mid/full-size. S&W makes a 14 rounder for the full size with a x-grip on it, but you will have to get creative as to how to fill the rest of the void on the compact...
What's the issue with the MRP serial numbered M&P's? I've got a line on a few and I need to know if there is going to be a problem with them or not. Some have a MRL prefix others have DSN.
I stopped by the gander mountain in merrillville yesterday on my way to work. They had a used full size M&P 45 in their case for $580  I almost fell over from laughing so hard. It made my day a little bit brighter.
I just double checked and it says it will only fit the XDM models. It doesn't specify a caliber. I would assume that it work for all. Apex tactical has caliber specific trigger kits for the S&W M&P line of pistols.
I was going to install this kit in my XDM 45 but I decided to sell it. It's a springer precision trigger kit and it will only fit the XDM's. $65.00 shipped

I just looked at the lone wolf lower. $350 and it's backordered. Add their 9mm upper for another $650 and you're right a grand just for a 9mm carbine. For that kind of money why not just buy a beretta storm, magazines, and ammo and still have money left over. Don't get me wrong a 9mm AR would be...
You may want to try and find a gently used Sig P239 in .40. It's easy to conceal and very reliable. I used to have one with hogue grips and I really liked it.
I've had one in the past and I enjoyed it for a while. While it is nice to be able to practice cheaply with the same gun you carry, most of these conversions are very ammo sensitive and only like to run on hot .22's like CCI mini mags. If you're just looking to do some plinking you may be better...
