      on 223 the bullet with slight pressure by pushing it against the bench falls within the case neck. This is the decapping pin I am using This is the one I should be using? VVV Am I correct in thinking the one above is not resizing it correctly?

      I have reloaded .223 and have not had this issue. I ordered these lake city bullets from Wideners. They are 150 grain. OAL =2.7850 OAL on a IVI factory .308 (known good round) is 2.7865. When I go to chamber the round (no powder or primer) the bolt does not go forward all the way. It takes...

      They were prohibited from doing it a few years back. It might have reverted back. It was done for along time. These guys sit on committees that review FDA drug approvals. They know if a popular drug is going to get the approval before the drug companies do. Big money is made this way!

      I was told crimping was unecassary for 223 but it appears it should be done to ensure this doesent happen? How would I increase neck tension on my die? I suppose I could crimp these rounds and recheck the OAL to prevent from pulling the bullet.
