      adjustable gas valve is your friend. found out mine doesn't like 150gr soft points, but gets nice ones from 165gr softs.

      I would like to start reloading 30.06 for my Garand. Where do I start?

      most manuals have a section for "military" loads for .30-06, would start there.

      I've got two questions about my carburetor.

      rather than spray starting fluid (which can/will burn holes in aluminum pistons [personal experience]), I would use carb cleaner spray. to properly adjust a manual carb, a vacuum gauge is needed.

      bone yard. gate fits 2000-2007 (classic). a sweet find would be the fiberglass one, it has raised letters. was a pricey option when new.

      Working Overnights

      back when i worked nights (7-11pm start/5-11amfinish); I kept the same sleep cycle on my days off, had a 'light' meal (scrambled egg or cheese samich) before going to bed, would get up after 5-6 hrs, then take a 3hr nap before work.
