it also looks like your sig needs dehorned. made a big difference when i did it to my 1911. you don't need to go overboard and make it look like it got hit by a belt sander or...
don't forget about the "commercial enforcement" (truck) cops, their cruisers are just like the regular cops but have a wide (7-8") blue band the length of the car vs. the flashy gold chevron on the door of the regular cruisers.
if you have a Springfield made receiver FOR harvester (will have IHC *******, with SA heat treat codes on the dog legs), then it is a fairly rare (slightly more than IHC made receiver). had one in the Garand collectors mag last year (spring, i think).

could also be a bad bendix spring (applies the gear when it spins) is bad, have seen it on rebuilds before.
when in doubt, pull it and check the ring gear (and the drive it self).

have a golden boy 17hmr and a 22 carbine. both are good shooters and have a nice clean action.
now only if the malcolm scopes weren't so blasted pricey, the golden boy would have one.
I would add a receiver mount winch, rather than a front mount. As sometimes you need pulled from the rear to do a self recovery. A second (or third) spare is good to have as well.
