      ya, thats the main thing ive been doing, i mean i can cast decently far with my baitcaster now, just looking for something to cast lighter things further. i use a spinning rod for shakyhead, drop shot, carolina rig, and some small jigs. just hate cutting line and all that to use a different...

      any suggestions for a good CASTING bait caster??

      Looking to buy a baitcaster, that i can cast light weights on. (3/16 oz jigs, weightless fluke, small jerk/crank baits) any ideas? i have the new johnny morris baitcaster. with the highest gear ratio, but it just doesnt cast that far with light weights. any ideas? thanks INGO!

      any ideas on a VERY weedless bait. the weeds and growth under the water where im fishing is THICK. any ideas? .. besides top water. weedless rigged shaky heads, and texas rigged things the bullet sinker, and/or shaky jig head get caught in the weeds and i have to reel alllllll of them in :dunno:

      heard alot about usin a shaky head jig with a floating worm, tried it before had some luck but not a whole lot, figured its been a year why not try it again? i went ahead and ordered a few shaky head 1/4 oz. football jigs that were black with a red eye on both sides. and a few different color...
