      Files aren't sealed to the police department. Everything shows up for them even "sealed" juvi files. Daughter shouldn't be running her yap, but can't say I wouldn't do the same in an attempt to protect my kids. To answer your question. If its not effecting you or your family. I'd stay out of it.
