      Seems promising... right at 10 weeks so maybe the latest quoted turn around times are seemingly accurate. Although I'm holding out hope that they will continue to make it more efficient. :D

      Of course the budget has plenty of spend that could cease likely as soon as tomorrow and many to include myself would cheer. I don't understand why you would cheer cuts directly effecting troops. That is where I'm struggling to understand yet another "Fairness" argument. Simply isn't right...
